WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED
Your personal information is stored locally on our servers in Côteau-du-Lac, Canada as well as on Rapid.net’s servers, located in Beauharnois, Canada. Your data may also be stored on Argeweb’s servers, located in the Netherlands.
HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT FOR
We will retain all information collected as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected it or for other essential purposes such as compliance with legal obligations. As long as your account is active, we will keep your personal information on our systems. We will also dispose of your data if you decide to withdraw your consent. Once your data is deleted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been fulfilled.
SECURITY
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that your personal information is protected and that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.
